I'd agree that healing our fragmented selves by quieting the "chatter" and listening for the answers from our environment and from within the deep earth, will also begin to effect a change in consciousness everywhere. It starts from within! To find a new way, by aligning ourselves and responding to our instinctive nature, and to do this work WITHIN nature — this is such an inspired concept!
